HOLIDAY OPEN PRACTICE – December 30 and January 2 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM for current MDG students ages 12 years old to Adult with a minimum of 40 hours of training experience. Training will be supervised.

MDG EXPLORATION DAYS – WINTER EDITION – January 11 & 18. Come try your hand at aerial hoop, trapeze, sling, silks and more in the Ninja in Training Aerial Apparatus Circuit trial class from 1:00 – 2:15 PM. OR attend a new Silks & Acro class 2:00 – 3:00 PM. These trial classes are open to individuals ages 8 to 12 yrs old. Current MDG students can use these classes to make up time for missed classes.
Interested individuals new to MDG can try out a class at MDG before signing up. Register by email at: director@monicasdanzgym.com.
LOST & FOUND – February 22 & 23. Join us for a fun filled, travelling show presented by our very own Momentum Aerial & Acrobatic Troupe performers right here in the MDG studios! You will laugh, you may be moved to tears and you will be impressed by the acrobatic storytelling with silks, hoop, trapeze, pole and more our youth performers have to share!

AERIAL AESTHETICS WORKSHOP SERIES – January & February 2025. Explore new ideas in skill development, flow transitions and dynamic drops on silks and trapeze. Details will be revealed by January 6!
MDG CITRUS FUNDRAISER – The MDG annual fundraiser is back by popular request! Fresh, grade A oranges, grapefruits and apples will be available to order and share in February.
