Registration for our danz programs is easy. Just follow the steps outlined below. We look forward to meeting you and your little or big danzer!

Please note: We are not accepting drop ins at this time and adult students are required to register and pay with a Ten Class pass. Alternative payment plans not available.

Registration Process

  • Review our Studio Guidelines
  • Complete the Registration Form below
  • Attach Payment to the completed registration form (Cash or Cheque – payable to Monica’s Danz Gym Inc.)
  • Return all forms to Director for processing
  • Any questions can be directed to the Director at 204-261-8890
